This policy describes what personal information TenantTools365 — the SharePoint package, its licensing service, this website, and the checkout that sells licenses — collects, uses, and stores.

Who we are

TenantTools365 is built and operated by HS Services, a business registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 27314126. Contact: support@undelete365.com.

What TenantTools365 does inside your tenant

TenantTools365 is a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) package that your organization installs into its own Microsoft 365 tenant. Its tools run entirely inside your users' own browser sessions, using their existing SharePoint permissions; none of them grant, escalate, or bypass any permission. HS Services never receives, stores, or has access to your file names, file contents, folder structures, permission assignments, user lists, or any other tenant data — none of that ever leaves your tenant.

The one thing that does leave your tenant: license validation

If a license key has been entered in a tool's settings, the package periodically calls https://license.tenanttools365.com/validate with the license key you entered, which product and module is being validated, your tenant's hostname (e.g. contoso.sharepoint.com) and the package version. No file names, counts, statistics, or usage data are ever included. The result is cached, and the package tolerates the license server being unreachable for two weeks before paid features pause. Free tools that need no key make this call zero times.

What we collect when you buy a license

Purchasing goes through Mollie B.V., a Dutch, PCI-DSS-certified payment processor. When you check out we receive your email address, your country, and — if you provide them — your name and VAT number. Mollie processes your payment card or bank details directly; we never see or store those.

We use your email address only to deliver your license key, send your invoice, and respond if you contact support. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors named on this page. Your license key, purchase email, and order status are stored in our infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers KV) for as long as the license is valid — which, since licenses are perpetual, is indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it.

Email delivery

License-key emails are sent via Resend, a transactional email provider, from an address on our own verified domain.

Cookies and tracking on tenanttools365.com

The package itself and the license service use no cookies and no tracking. This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement (the Google tag, G-02KRS1MB83) so we can see which pages and which ads bring visitors here and whether they lead to a purchase. These cookies are set when you visit. To opt out, block cookies for this site in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Google's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes: policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you (your email address and order history). Email support@undelete365.com and include the tenant hostname or license key associated with your purchase so we can find your record.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. We won't change what data we collect without updating this page first.
