Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 September 2026

The company

TenantTools365 is provided by HS Services, KVK 27314126, Netherlands ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using TenantTools365, you agree to these terms.

The product

TenantTools365 is a single SharePoint Framework package containing seven admin tools, approved once in your App Catalog: Undelete365 (recycle bin restore), TrimVersions365 (version-history cleanup), WhoHasAccess365 (permissions audit), Rollback365 (point-in-time file rollback), Storage Analyzer, Inheritance365 + Unlock365 (permission-inheritance impact simulation and bulk check-in), and SyncHealth365 (sync-breaking path detection). This list may grow as new tools are added to the package.

Storage Analyzer and SyncHealth365 are free and make no license check. Every other tool has a free tier with no key required, and a Pro tier unlocked by its own license key.

License grant

Each Pro tool is licensed separately. A license key unlocks one tool's Pro features in one Microsoft 365 tenant, identified by its SharePoint hostname. A license is a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that tool's Pro features — it is not a subscription, and nothing expires on its own.

The "everything" bundle is a single purchase that issues all license keys covered by the bundle at that time, at a combined price lower than buying them separately. Each key it issues carries the same rights, restrictions and terms as if bought individually.

A license includes every update released within the major version of TenantTools365 you bought (for example, all 1.x releases of the package) at no extra cost. A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade. HS Services does not commit to releasing any particular update.

Discontinuation

Tools are updated and retired independently of one another. If a specific tool you hold a license for is discontinued, your installed package keeps working as it is, and that key continues to unlock the last released version of that tool. Discontinuing one tool does not affect your license or access to any other tool.

Price and payment

Reference prices (ex-VAT), charged once via Mollie: Undelete365 €249, TrimVersions365 €249, WhoHasAccess365 €147, Rollback365 €399, Inheritance365 + Unlock365 €399, everything bundle €897. What you actually pay depends on where you're buying from, declared at checkout:

Your invoice, emailed after purchase, shows exactly which of these applied and the resulting breakdown.

No refunds

All sales are final. Free tiers and Storage Analyzer/SyncHealth365 let you evaluate the product before paying anything, and Pro features unlock immediately upon entering a valid key — so by the time payment is requested, you've already had the opportunity to assess whether the tool fits your needs.

If you are a consumer (purchasing outside the exercise of a trade or profession) within the EU: at checkout, before payment, you must actively confirm that you request immediate delivery of the digital license(s) and that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We record the time you gave that confirmation against your order. This is in line with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)).

License revocation

We may revoke a license key in cases of payment chargeback/fraud, or clear abuse of the license (e.g. sharing one key across many unrelated tenants). We do not revoke licenses for normal use.

No warranty

TenantTools365 is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee any tool will be error-free or uninterrupted, and you remain responsible for reviewing what any tool reports or is about to do before confirming an action.

Rollback365 restores file content to a version from before a chosen point in time. It only restores files you explicitly select and confirm, using your own account's existing permissions, and does not delete or remove any existing version — but restoring a file changes its current content, and you are responsible for reviewing the dry-run results before confirming a restore.

Inheritance365 resets permission inheritance on items you select, which changes who can access them. The tool requires you to export its impact simulation before it will run, and re-verifies the item's permission state immediately before acting — but the simulation is a prediction based on the data available at the time, and you remain responsible for reviewing it and for the consequences of resetting inheritance on a given item.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HS Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of TenantTools365 or any of its tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific tool is limited to the amount you paid for that tool's license (or, for the bundle, the portion of the bundle price reasonably attributable to that tool).

Not affiliated with Microsoft

TenantTools365 is an independent product for SharePoint Online and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft. SharePoint and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
